Carbon Training International Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality courses. We endeavour to make sure that all details of services and courses listed on our website are current and correct. In the event that an ordered online course or service is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable postponement to the service or course, or a full refund.
Refund Policy
Carbon Training International Pty Ltd will only refund course fee as follows:
If you decide not to proceed with a course prior to the commencement of the course we will refund the full course fee less a $100 administration charge
If you decide not to proceed within the first 25% of the course (measured by days of course delivery of modules commenced (for on-line courses) we will refund 50% of the course fee paid
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or credit where our services or courses have been wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.
