Each of the modules are worked through in depth, focusing on the implications for the organisation including how responses may impact upon the marketplace (suppliers, customers and competitors) and the way in which the organisation's carbon management response plan needs to address these.

A strategic briefing for the Board and Executive Team which covers an overview of climate change including and in-depth analysis of the issues that impinge on the activities of the organisation as well as those relevant to the wider market in which the organisation operates. This workshop focuses on the impacts of climate change at the divisional, departmental and facility level, in addition to analysing impacts for your organisation, the marketplace in which you operate and the overall economy.
