John is experienced in all facets of business operations management and has spent twenty years in the manufacturing sector (textiles, FMCG, plastics and steel industries) in training, IT, operations and general management capacities.

John is a specialist in developing vocational education training courses (competency based) and has had a great deal of experience in coaching and mentoring others for skills development and succession into roles with greater responsibility.

John has delivered training that achieved combined certification of ISO 14001 (environmental management systems), ISO9001 (quality management systems) and AS4801 (OHS management systems).

Qualifications John has a Bachelor of Commerce and an Associate Diploma of Competitive Manufacturing. He is a Six Sigma Champion, a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Certificate IV workplace Training and Assessment (TAA40104).
